What to do when the woman birth control does not work or the woman is the man about it?

Hello everyone! A friend of mine did this question and I wanted to ask it to you. After a man and a woman have sex each other, what happens when a woman birth control does not work or the woman is the man about it, because it may have wanted a child out of secrecy and selfishness? Is man responsible for it? I do not think that many of we men think about this important issue, but we must think about it and also look out for ourselves when you have sex with women if it is our girlfriend or wife. Sex feels good and human beings have always had sex, but I do not think that human beings, both men and women ever really think of the potential consequences later, as pregnancy is possible, any sexually transmitted diseases, emotional problems, etc. Perhaps all men should have vasectomy just to be on the safe side. hahaha! Umm im going to say that if she lyed taking birth control or whatever, you should leave her and if she gets pregnant then there has to bear responsibility. by the way your question Ps was very confusing .. I say good luck to his good friend.
